dear sir. i have been having trouble with pain in my legs,hips,buttocks,back,shoulders,& neck, i have noticed a lump on the back of my neck even with my shoulders. i crushed three vertebrae in my back several years ago. i cant stand no longer than 1/2 an hour and i begin hurting very badly, and i break out in a sweat,& get very weak, i have also been diagnosed with hep.c.,also 2 hernias, an ulcer,chronic bronichial asthma,esophoghitus,acid reflux syndrome& sinusitus. do you think any of this would cause me not to be able to work, because i havent been able to work in three months, & i have signed up for disability, please help me, what do you think.
