I would like to know if there are any significant benefits of a renal transplant patient with a history of VF arrests (x13) using angiotensin 2 inhibitors and an ACE inhibitor. I have been diagnosed within the past 3 years with Membranous glomerulonephritis and have the usual nephrotic syndrome symptomology. I take 40 mg of Lasis (frusemide) PRN and Atorvastatin 80mg daily, betaloc 95mg daily and nifedipine 60mg daily. Are there significant benefits to warrant adding an ACE inhibitor and angiotensin 2 inhibitor? looking forward to some direction
