I had a red rash on my scrotum and tried some otc med (tolnaftate) which had no response. Went to the doctor who prescribed Lotrisone (very expensive). No better, perhaps worse. returned to doctor who prescibed another non-steriod med (also expensive s- suggested otc lamasil). lamasil definitely made it worse. stopped medications and after 4/5 days was getting slowly better. Still irritating so went to a dermatologist who gave me lamasil tablets, a proprietary cream and a castelani paint modified (a phenol anitseptic) for evenings. Again became worse (very red). Have stopped again. Have nop insurance so can't aford to keep going to doctors. Would welcome suggsetions
