i have a lump in my private nether regions. I have had it for approx 3 years. It used to be approx. 4mm in diameter, but is now approx. 8mm in diameter. It is situated halfway between my vagina and anus. It occasionally bleeds slightly and is brown in colour (looks like an enlarged mole). Is this something i should be worried about? What could it be?
